Thank you for sharing your insights and convictions about this powerful scripture. I have been shown tremendous mercy from God and by so many people throughout my life. There have been people like Ron who have loved mercy as a way of life that have impacted my life. There have been people like Briana who have loved showing up that have met so many needs in my life.

I am inspired to love mercy as you explained and I know that this is what God desires. Thank you for the encouragement to live out Micah 6:8. Take care.

Yes, remembering all the mercy and grace we receive from God and others should compel us to love showing it to others. Thanks, Darius!

So challenging. I always thought of myself as a merciful person, yet your explanation of what God is saying when he tells us to love mercy is so challenging, so deep.

God is speaking through you Harvey. Thank you brother.

Most of us think of ourselves as merciful, and usually for good reason. Then hesed shows up and quietly raises the bar to somewhere we didn't know existed, right? Thanks for commenting, Michele!

Thank you for this, Harvey! This really helped me. I tend to look at so many scriptures as check lists. But I simply want to be a lover of mercy!
